No Refunds
All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds, reimbursements, or transfers to the original form of payment for any products or services purchased.Class Cancellations
(a) Clients who cancel a class reservation at least twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled class start time will receive a class credit applied to their account.
(b) Credits issued are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be applied toward future classes offered by Studio50 or in studio purchases.Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations made less than twelve (12) hours before the scheduled class start time, or failure to attend a reserved class, will result in the forfeiture of the class without credit or
4. Product Returns
(a) Products purchased at Studio50 may be returned for account credit only.
(b) To be eligible for credit, products must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date, unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
(c) Upon approval, the credited amount will be applied to the client’s account for future use. No cash refunds will be issued.
