Michelle Gross Is a Registered Nurse, Certified Holistic Health Coach, and founder of STUDIO50 Fitness.

Michelle is the founder and owner of STUDIO50 Fitness. She is passionate about health and fitness. She loves helping her clients achieve an energetic and balanced state of health & wellbeing. She combines her experience as a Registered Nurse, a fitness and instructor, a yoga and mediation teacher, and a busy working woman to help others create lasting changing and see results. Work with Michele to learn how to integrate nutrition, movement, stress reduction, and sleep into your wellness practice; how to plan ahead to make the easiest choice the healthy choice; and how to love yourself and your body.

 

Maggie Pandl, Certified Holistic Health Coach

Maggie is a STUDIO50 nutrition specialist and health coach. She works with clients to improve digestive health and overall wellbeing through individualized nutrition planning. Maggie’s one-on-one consulting and group work provides clients with perspective on how their dietary choices affect their physiology, and how even small changes can lead to a happier and healthier body. Maggie is a certified health coach from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition (IIN), as well as completing a hormone health program to better serve individuals. She graduated from the University of St Thomas in Minnesota with a degree in Elementary Education. Earlier in her career she worked as an elementary school teacher throughout New York City, and she continues to develop curriculum for her local school district and a variety of non-profits.  Her passion for health in all age groups can help with many family needs.  Making healthy lifestyle choices can make huge impacts on the overall quality of life.
