At Studio50 we offer all of your favorite workouts under one roof! It is our mission to provide the most effective calorie torching, muscle building, low impact workouts available on the market today… while making it MEGA FUN!

We offer Lagree Fitness (performed on patented machines called Megaformers), Scorch HIIT (HIIT classes based on the Tabata method), Hot Barre and Hot Yoga classes. Give us an hour or less and we’ll have you feeling stronger, healthier, and happier than before! 

THE STUDIO

Studio50 is a boutique fitness studio located in the heart of Mamaroneck, NY. Commit to coming to class and the rest is on us. We offer purified water, mats, mat towels, sweat towels, and shower towels all free for your convenience.

We custom built the space with every dream detail accounted for. Two beautiful rooms host our classes. Our studio walls were built specifically to withstand hot temperatures.

The studio room is the perfect setting for Scorch HIIT, Hot Yoga, and Hot Barre. It is equipped with a state of the art infrared heating system. High ceiling fans circulate fresh air for optimal air quality. Our floors are made from recycled materials. The flooring is not only smell resistant, but it is easy on muscles and joints. 

Our Mega room is complete with 10 new M3K+ Megaformers with surrounding mirrors to observe your form. 

If you need to shower after class, we got your back. Two private shower/changing rooms will leave you feeling fresh after your workout. Enjoy all that Studio50 has to offer today!
