OUR POLICies
New Clients: You must arrive 15 minutes before your first class.
Booking: You must sign into class online from the STUDIO50 APP or our website, to secure your spot and ensure a speedy entry into class. Booking for class opens 1 week before the start of that class.
Arrival: When you enter STUDIO50, you must check in at the front desk and give your name. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before class to get settles, set up your spot, and stretch!
Refunds: All sales are final. Services are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, reimbursements, or transfers to the original method of payment. Class credits will be returned as outlined in the Cancellation Policy. Products purchased at Studio50 may be returned for account credit only. To be eligible for credit, products must be returned within 14 days of purchase date, unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. Upon approval, the credit amount will be applied to the client’s account for future use. Food, beverage, and supplements are not eligible for return. No cash refunds will be issued
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy. We know things happen. Please cancel your class online as soon as you know that you cannot attend. Class cancellations made more than 12 hours before the class time, will have the class credit returned to their account to use at a later time. Class cancellations made 12 hours or less before class (or no shows) will forfeit the credit. 24 hours’ notice is required for private and semi-private sessions. If you give late notice, your session will not be rescheduled and you will not retain the class credit. All cancellations must be made online or through the app. Phone messages, emails, and texts are not acceptable forms of cancellation. “Unlimited Membership” clients will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee if they cancel outside of the 12 hour window.
Waitlist Policy: If class is full you may add yourself to the waitlist. If at anytime, you wish to remove yourself from the waitlist, you can do so without penalty. Until 45 minutes before class, the waitlist will automatically add you to class if a spot is open. If you are added automatically and need to cancel, the cancellation policy applies. The waitlist closes 45 minutes before class. At that time it will no longer pull people into class. If you’d still like to attend you can come to the studio and wait on Standby, and will be placed on a first come first serve basis into any spots that become available in the class.
Standby: If you would like to attend a class that is full. You may arrive at the studio early and wait on standby. When the waitlist closes 45 minutes before class, any spots that open in the class will be given to clients waiting standby on a first come, first serve basis.
Late Arrival Policy: Class starts ON TIME. If you are not present AT THE EXACT CLASS START TIME, you will forfeit your spot to a client waiting standby for a space in class. If you are running late, you may call us and speak to a staff member. They will hold your spot until 5 minutes after class starts. No call, no spot. Messages do not count. The class is locked 5 minutes after start time and you will not be permitted to enter even if there is a space in class.
Cell Phones: There are no cell phones allowed in the hot room. Cell phones must be left in the cubbies of the Mega room. All cell phones left the cubbies must be set to silent. Texting during class is disruptive to teachers and fellow clients. All smart watches must be set to silent. Give yourself the gift of an hour without disruption!
Safety:
To keep you safe and healthy, you must disclose any injuries and medical conditions to your teacher prior to class. Some medical conditions such as pregnancy and heart conditions require doctors’ notes to participate in hot classes.
For your safety, please follow your teachers’ guided instruction and refrain from creating your own sequencing during class. If you need to modify for an injury or limitation, please listen to your body and do so. Please tell your teacher of any and all injuries and conditions that affect your practice. If you need to significantly modify, please choose a spot toward the back of class so as not to confuse other clients.
Safety is our first priority. You must Take MEGA Fundamentals, Level 1 MEGA50 Class, or a Private Lesson, as a pre-requisite, before attending your first MEGA50 class. NO exceptions. You must arrive 15 minutes before your first megaformer class or you will be denied entry into the class, and may lose a credit. Also, always inform your instructor of any medical conditions or injuries before class starts.
Graduating to level 2 Mega: When you have taken a minimum of 3 level 1 Mega Classes and you feel ready, please talk to your Mega teacher and see if you qualify for the Level 2 Mega classes. If so, they will inform management who will open booking for Mega Level 2 Classes.
Illness: Please do not come to STUDIO50 is you are sick. No one wants your germs.
Children: No children under the age of 14 are allowed to take class. No children under the age of 16 are allowed to take a HOT class. We love your kids but, we do not offer child care at the studio. Children are not permitted to wait in lobby while you’re in class. This is for liability reasons.

(a) Clients who cancel a class reservation at least twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled class start time will receive a class credit applied to their account.
(b) Credits issued are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be applied toward future classes offered by Studio50 or in studio purchases.Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations made less than twelve (12) hours before the scheduled class start time, or failure to attend a reserved class, will result in the forfeiture of the class without credit or

Atmosphere: Give yourself the gift of presence. You must leave bags and cell phones in the cubbies. Please leave chatter and socializing for before and after class. We expect everyone to follow all our policies and treat each other with kindness and respect.
